AEO Score, operated by HEKN LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on AEO Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the charge date.

How to request a refund

Subscriptions are sold by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

• Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us via the email on our About page and we will assist.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage billing area in your account. After cancellation, your premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and will not renew. Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund; if you are within the 30-day window, request a refund as described above.

Outside the 30-day window

Refunds for renewal payments older than 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis at our and Paddle's discretion. Statutory rights you may have under your local consumer protection law are not affected.
